Where is my order sent from?
Your order is sent from Abantu Cooperative Society in Italy. Abantu social cooperative promotes inclusion and cohesion, weaving relationships and networks, promoting and accompanying skills and talents, foregrounding work as a space of growth and making relationships and a development opportunity for companies and communities. Founded in 2013, since the beginning, the Abantu cooperative has stood out for its focus on developing support activities for migrant citizens, such as job coaching and linguistic-cultural mediation as a tool for dialogical facilitation. Through the incorporation of the Cartiera laboratory in 2020, Abantu has become a cooperative A and B, structuring its activities on four axes: services for work; sustainable and inclusive production of leather accessories and in fabric; counselling and guidance for migrants and linguistic and cultural mediation. Ninety linguistic mediators collaborate with the Abantu cooperative, covering 76 different languages. Abantu has 26 employees and in-house collaborators, who boast professional capacities and solid experience in job coaching, social inclusion, design, ecodesign and upcycling, tailoring, circular economy business, circular production, business market and supply chain, consumers rights.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order after it is placed?

Yes, you have up to 14 days after you’ve received your order to decide whether you would like to return or exchange items. Please contact us at email@example.com within the time frame to get started on your return or exchange and we will notify you of the next steps.
Please note: to ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us in time, all items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
