PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

(for the purchase of Abantu products)

This information is provided according to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 -
General Data Protection Regulation.
According to the regulation mentioned above, the processing will follow principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

Data controller entity and place
The data controller of the data collected is Abantu Società Cooperativa Sociale, based in Via Gamberi n. 4 - 44037 Sasso Marconi (BO) (Email: info@coopabantu.it). Data processing takes place at the head office mentioned above of Abantu and is carried out by its staff.

Data processor officer
The officer responsible for processing the data collected is Marina Frabboni c/o Abantu Società Cooperativa Sociale, based in Via Gamberi n. 4 - 44037 Sasso Marconi (BO), (Email: rpd@coopabantu.it).
She is entitled to the processing of personal data collected according to the contract concluded with the data controller on 23/07/2018, according to the provisions of Article 28 paragraph 4 of the EU Regulation.

If necessary, the data controller may appoint one or more sub-processors per Article 28, paragraph 4 of the EU Regulation.

Type of data collected

The data that Abantu Società Cooperativa Sociale will collect and process are exclusively those provided by the user (personal data, shipping address, contact data, billing data, IP address) at the time of the request for the purchase of products of Abantu Società Cooperativa Sociale through the website https://handsoffashion.com/

Purpose of processing
The data provided by users are processed exclusively for the shipment of Abantu Società Cooperativa Sociale products and for the related tax requirements.
